PokerADM is an independent information & technology service for handling virtual-chip operations in social poker apps. Please review the terms of use, restrictions and risks below.

Service status

PokerADM is an independent information & technology service that lets users handle transactions with virtual chips used inside social poker apps.

PokerADM is not a casino, bookmaker, poker operator, organizer of gambling, tournaments, bets or wagers. The service does not run games, does not control gameplay, does not determine game outcomes and does not influence the result of any game event.

Independence from third-party apps

PokerADM is not the owner, operator, official representative, agent, partner or affiliate of PPPoker, X-Poker, PokerBros or any other social poker apps unless explicitly stated on the site.

All names, trademarks, logos and designations of third-party apps belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the corresponding apps.

Operations with virtual chips

PokerADM may assist user operations involving the purchase, sale or transfer of virtual chips between users.

The user accepts that PokerADM does not issue chips, does not control their circulation inside apps and does not guarantee their availability, integrity, value, liquidity, ability to be used, transferred, refunded or resold.

Third-party app rules

The purchase, sale, transfer or exchange of virtual chips may be prohibited or restricted by the rules of the corresponding apps.

The user is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules of PPPoker, X-Poker, PokerBros and other apps. PokerADM bears no responsibility for account blocking, chip cancellation, refusal to recognize chip transfer or other consequences of rule violations.

Legal risks

The legal status of operations with virtual chips may differ depending on the user's country, region and citizenship.

The user is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction, including rules on gambling, payments, taxes, currency control, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering.

The service is not intended for users from countries where such operations are prohibited or require a special license.

PokerADM as escrow

When handling a transaction, PokerADM may act as an independent escrow between users to reduce the risk of one party failing to perform their obligations.

The escrow function does not mean that PokerADM is a game organizer, financial institution, payment system or guarantor of profit. PokerADM does not guarantee earnings, winnings, income or any growth in chip value.

Disclaimer of warranties

All operations with virtual chips are performed by users voluntarily and at their own risk. PokerADM bears no responsibility for:

  • actions or omissions of third-party apps;
  • blocking, deletion or restriction of accounts;
  • changes in the rules of PPPoker, X-Poker, PokerBros and other apps;
  • technical failures, delays or errors inside third-party apps;
  • loss of access to a user's account;
  • inability to transfer, use or refund chips;
  • losses caused by actions of other users.

Age restriction

The service is intended only for users 18 years or older.

By using PokerADM, the user confirms they have reached the age of 18 or any other minimum age set by the laws of their country for taking part in such operations.

Prohibited use

The user is prohibited from using PokerADM for:

  • participating in illegal gambling;
  • money laundering and fraud;
  • circumventing blocks or restrictions of third-party apps;
  • selling stolen or disputed chips;
  • acting on behalf of third parties without lawful basis;
  • violating the laws of their country or third-party app rules.

PokerADM may refuse service, suspend a transaction, request additional information or restrict access on suspicion of a violation.

Acceptance of terms

By using the PokerADM site, the user confirms that they:

  • understand the legal and commercial risks of virtual-chip operations;
  • understand that such operations may be prohibited by third-party app rules;
  • have independently verified the legality of their actions in their jurisdiction;
  • accept all risks of buying, selling or transferring virtual chips;
  • do not consider PokerADM a gambling organizer, poker operator, casino or guarantor of profit.
